Beli
Best for rankingThe best known of the group. Beli is built around ranking restaurants you've been to, keeping a want-to-try list alongside it, and comparing with friends. If you enjoy the scoring and the social side, nothing else does it as well.
The trade-off is that it's built for logging where you've been rather than capturing what you've seen. It has no share-sheet capture, so a Reel still means typing the venue in yourself. It's also US-built, so the community and coverage lean American.
Rezz
Best for auto-mappingThe closest thing to what we do. Share a Reel or TikTok, or paste the link, and Rezz maps and categorises the restaurant automatically. If your problem is purely "I have 200 saved videos and no map", it solves that directly.
It's a US app from Reverie Travel, and full functionality sits behind a paid subscription, with limits on the free tier.
Truffle
Best for Instagram-heavy usersAimed at people who already live in Instagram and don't want to log anything manually. Similar territory to Rezz, with a restaurant-tracking focus.
Mapstr
Best for simplicityNot food-specific. Mapstr saves any place to a personal map with tags, free, and doesn't try to be a social network. If you want pins and nothing else, it's the least cluttered option here.
Google Maps lists
Best if you'll actually do itWorth saying plainly: Google Maps lists are free, they work, and they sync everywhere. For plenty of people that's genuinely enough, and you don't need another app.
The catch is the saving step. You have to leave the video, open Maps, work out the venue name from a caption or a tag, search it, and add it. It's about forty seconds of friction, and most people just don't. The list ends up with the five places you were most determined about and none of the ones you'd actually have loved.

If you want to rank and compete with friends, use Beli. If you only want pins on a map, Mapstr or Google Maps will do. If your saved folder is the problem, you want a share-sheet app, and Rezz, Truffle and RealEats all work that way.
